## Project Overview

 Sona Energy’s team worked with Weis to analyze various customer touch points to identify the best possible locations to target stores and roll out the program. Sona performed full site audits at various locations over several weeks and developed scopes of work, identified corporate and utility approved products and analyzed available incentives and rebates on federal, state and local levels. Areas of lighting in scope included but not limited to: general/sales floor lighting, track heads, accent lights, spot lighting and all exterior lighting (accent, canopy, wall packs, flood, pole light) and customer facing electric vehicle charging stations in the parking lot.

## The Solution

Sona included suggestions that enabled stores a greater level of control over energy usage and savings in multiple stores across two states. This resulted in a payback period of two years and an average return on investment of 51%.
